i have a lockwood ashe one cylinder inboard i'm going to part out. i'm not sure what to call it but there is a brass piece that stands alone & rotates & has what appear to be wire connections. i'm assuming this has something to do with spark advancement. anyway it appears to be fine. the carb is not locked up. what else might be salvagable? i'll post some photos this evening.......
