I am trying to find out the original color of subject engine. Also, what parts of the engine were painted?? Starter?? Generator?? water pump and piping?? Thanks, Cliff

Something on the order of Detroit Diesel Engine Green-I have an original green painted generator but I've seen them black as well as the starter. water pump and piping all painted green as well....
