Is there anyone with a Mercedes OM636 that knows the thread size of the water temperature sensor/sender? I've got a Smith Classic electric temp gauge which reads from 30 to 110 C. The sender needs replacing. There are apparently 2 senders known to work with it - one with a 27NPT thread size and one with a 5/8" UNF thread size.
