Thornycroft RJD2 Oil Filter Cartridge

Does anyone know of a source for this? The used one says "B54233 ISS1". The manual specifies "the correct replacements being one element No. C23021/CE and two pads No. A22064." Though I'm assuming those are referring to the actual pleated element and two end pads inside the cartridge itself. For now I have cleaned the element with mineral spirits followed by acetone, then flushed with clean oil until it ran clear.
