Has anyone had any experience with a Breeze Carb? I restored this Waterman for a friend 5-7 years ago and at the time was not impressed with the Breeze carb.It certainly was not in the same league with the Schebler D. Sure would appreciate comments and suggestions from anyone. My friend is getting close to launch and shake down. This boat is a Dan Kidney and I believe it is about 1906 or 7. It delivered the mail on the Lac du Flambeau flowage in Norther Wisconsin.

Thanks

Dick

Dick, I have a different Breeze on an early Waterman, only ran it once, don't remember any problems. Will it be around when we stop by?

Thanks for the input. The boat is not ready for running yet and its in Madison so its off the table for this year anyhow. It was quite a few years ago and I sort of remember it was not on my favorite carb list.

Interesting, I have two Waterman B4 engines. 4 cylinder, 4" bore and 4" stroke,Serial No's 1105 and 1106. The 1105 had Kingston and the 1106 had Breeze.

Keith

Any comments on how the Breeze works? Does it work as well as the Kingston ? Would you prefer a Schebler over the Breeze?

Cheers

Dick

Dick, Your asking a guy with a mechanically and cosmetically restored B4 Waterman that question? One that I haven't been able to run to my satisfaction reliability enough to put in the boat.

Keith

I understand completely which is why I was a little worried about my buddies boat and its reliability. I have a Sweet outboard with a Kingston and have the same feeling as you about it---- lots of ????

Cheers

Dick
