FOR SALE : an inboard engine

STUART TURNER P5M , Serial nr 10A568

5 HP, gazoline 2 stroke engine, equipped with its reverse gear box, made in 1961 for a sailing boat made by Tucker Brown in Burnham on Crouch

This engine is not in mint condition, but despite its age and some rust outside, it turns well : no hard point, no seizing : all is complete and working, except the magneto which needs a rewiring due to storage to the wet. rewiring can be made by Fairways Marine Engineers, as stated hereunder.

the magneto is complete with the Oldham connecting unit for coupling to the engine, and its special fixtures

this is a true collector's piece of mechanic, able to be fitted to a traditional boat

For the mechanical point of view, this engine is perfect

with the engine, I will give you the exhaust fittings and the muffler

all documentation, technical leaflet, and spare part list will be given

all spare parts and accessories for this engine can be supplied by FAIRWAYS MARINE ENGINEERS Ltd, Inworth, by Colchester, Essex, well known by specialists or collectors

photos on request
