Hi.

I have an old putt putt boat in Sydney and it runs a twin 8hp motor. Many years ago Aub Rose re worked the unit with great success. However now we need some parts like manifold and muffler to get her going again.

Is there someone doing any work with these motors or doing parts? We are in Sydney.

Kind regards

Rob Ashes

Just to be clear; Is that the supertwin?,, as the HP Ratings are usually double-deckered/ broad-spectrum for some reason, eg 5--7 , 7--9

Brett Jacobs still supplies cylinders ,manifolds,
mufflers etc new and machined to what spec you want
ie 0.005" under size to 0.010" over size for cyls
He also still holds the patents for the motors ,so be careful about making copies and selling them.
