I have an ELTO Inboard engine N1080. Did Elto make inboards? Can't find any reference to this engine. Any help out there?

Yes they made a 2 cylinder inboard motor using the rudder twin power head, I have seen several of them over the last couple of years. I would also not be supprised to find out that they used the power head for fire fighting pumps also
