I received the following inquiry.... can anyone help with this?

Quote:

My name is Hjalti and I am writing from Iceland, I found your page on the Internet as I was looking for information on Sleipner inboard motor year 1936, 1 sylender (cylinder). I was wondering if you might have any knowledge of how to get spareparts in an old thing like that??? I cant find anything on the internet, I know your all about Marine Engines, but any information would be most helpfull.
Thanks in advance,
Hjalti

...this motor is Norwegian, and was built in a town called Fradrikstad, the companys name is Sleipner Motorfabrik A/S.
If this rings any bells, please let me know.
Lots of thanks
Hjalti

Hello to you Hjalti.

I use to have several Sleipner engines and I`m still able to provide some if wanted.
