Heck no ! No one's building this kind of e nngine anymore . .. . BUT . . .
There are lots and lots of small single cylinder 2, 3 HP marine engines all over North America.
And many of them are in working order too.

The big thing about your "ask" is that you want to put it in a boat ( where they belong) .
They look nice on a shelf, but they look much better in a boat.
Ernie - one of the most skilled "ancients" on this forum , I'm sure would be pleased to assist you in finding one.
Lockwood Ash, Nadler, St Lawrence, Gray , are popular .

I've shipped stuff across the USA/Canada border but it is expensive and finiky.

Belton, is about a 5-6 hr drive from the area of Lousiana (Donaldsonville) where that are some good folks , too

Having built numerous inboard dinghys as a kid, Irreducible was the inspiration for my current project. Hope you do the project!

I'm lofting her now...I really enjoy lofting so in about 4 weeks I expect to have a full set of tracings for her. She will ride comfortably on a wheeled carriage in the bed of my Ford pickup with room for a pair of aluminum arced loading ramps. In today's heavy and high speed traffic, I despise pulling a trailer and have much difficulty backing one.
