Nice ads. I have a few pieces of Lozier marine literature and several ads also. I have a 1913 Lozier touring car in running condition, and lots of literature for the automobiles. I also have three Lozier built bicycles and some literature for their bicycle business too.

Last year I purchased a four cylinder Lozier marine engine and sold it to a collector in Plattsburgh NY. Many of the original buildings where the marine and early Loziers were built are still standing, but Georgia Pacific is now producing paper products there.

I will find some photos of the Lozier engine I had and send them to the editor for all to see. As far as I can determine it was made in 1905.

I have been interested in Lozier since 1967 and have a lot of stuff, but I would like to obtain a single or two cylinder marine engine. Any leads?

Mike,

I'm glad you are participating with our group.

I alway thought it would be neat to have a Lozier car towing a Lozier boat and engine!

Send the picture to me and I will post it here. I would be very interested to see a picture of a 4 cylinder marine version.

There are a number of single cylinder marine engines and boats in the hands of collectors (as you probably know). We had correspondence from a collector in the UK that found a 1-1/2HP model recently (it is posted here on the board). Most of the singles are the 3HP and 5HP models.

I have an early 2-1/2HP from Toledo, Ohio (before they moved to Plattsburg).
