I have twin Lister TS3 two stroke deisel engines circa 1955 installed in my boat and am looking for any advise or experience that may be out there. Specifically relating to the mechanical govenors and the general availability of spares. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have 2 Lister TS3 engines complete for spares + gearboxes and handbook manuals if you are interested, they have come out of Morgan Giles Monaco 36 built in 1959 .I never ran the engines and have replaced them more modern 6 cylinder units.

Try: http://www.sleeman-hawken.co.uk/

They are said to stock many older Lister spares. Many bearings etc. are also now made in India by various companies there.
