Hi Everyone!
We are having an auction sale on Jun 26/27, 2009 and have some antique boat motors in the sale. There is a Caron Brothers 2 cycle, a beautifully restored Kingfisher A2 Type M 2.5hp (circa 1919), and a St. Lawrence Model XAE from Brockville, ON. The main body of the auction consists of rare tractors, stationary engines, automobiles and antiques. If you would like more information, please email me, or the auction listing can be found at: http://theauctionadvertiser.com/cgi-bin/slsearcx.pl?au=Heritage&dt=20090627

Thanks for your time and have a great day!!

Nicole

Thanks for the posting Nicole.

Lorne was a well-respected collector and restorer of historical machinery and antiques.

This will be quite an important auction and we look forward to being there.

You are very Welcome Blair!

Lorne was quite well known in Southern Ontario for his collection as well as the U.S. and abroad. We miss him very much? Where did you know him from?

I forgot to mention in my initial post that there is also a Canadian Fairbanks 3 cycle boat motor in the sale.

The auction website will be periodically updated with pictures, and I have posted some of my own on Smokstak which I will also be updating as I get more.

Thanks,

N

I have two engines. One is a garden variety Atomic Four, the other is a Utility four. I am looking for a source for gaskets, voltage regulator, coil, rotor, cap, points and condenser. I'm also looking for the fuel pump bowl & clamp. I'm new to this, so I'd really appreciate some direction..Thanks.
