I have a palmer PW-27 in my sailboat. I've had it for 5 years and it has been reliable, but I've never been able to make it idle.If I close the throttle beyond a certain point, corresponding to 1500 to 2000 RPM in neutral, it dies.I've cleaned the carb several tmes, -no change. Compression is about 90 psi. Any suggestions would be much appreciated Jeff
