a customer dropped off a palmer today, and I am not familiar with it. The only info on the tag is Palmer: P1 no serial number that follows. It is set up for jump spark. I am trying to identify how the timer works as it does not appear to spin; does it "hop" on a detent from the crankshaft? (engine stuck) Any advice would be much appreciated.
