I have a V8CH220 327 AMC/Gray Marine engine (1964) and I need cylinder heads. Both of mine have cracked exhaust passages at the aft end. It is a flywheel forward engine. Will standard automotive heads fit this engine?
I also need one of the swivel type exhaust "s" elbows that bolt to the manifold outlet and are held on with two c shaped clamps.

Any advice and help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mitchell R. Brown [email protected]

From what I remember the automotive heads should fit. You can always check casting numbers. You can search on Google for "rambler v8" and get a lot of hits. Also there was a post about a year ago from Bob [email protected] who had a couple of these. Maybe he still has them or knows where they went.
Hope this helps

Mitchell,

I have a complete V8 that I would like to get rid of. It is a 1967 Fireball 327 V8 Cf195. I picked up a pair and only needed one. I am trying to sell my boat along with this engine and might be able to help you out. Where are you located?

Tim

The extra Firball V8 engine that you have, does it have the exhaust manifolds and risers? And what part of the country are you in? I am in Seattle and need some exhaust manfolds for that engine. Thanks!

Mike
