Hey all,
My friend and I just undertook a boat project and we were too optimistic about how well we knew engines. I have only ever dealt with fuel injectors, and this has a carb. We can get the engine to turn over, but it will not idle. it will rev up and then putter back down. there is a "radiator" line of some sort that is open that blows air and a bit of water out of the side of the block. I guess what I need help with is how do we diagnose what is causing it not to idle?
