Hi, I am just about to become a new owner of one of these engine, having been offered one which has been dry stored for 10 years off a Silhouette Mk III. No idea yet whether it will work - so more anon! Initial question - can anyone give me the dimensions for the 1.5 engine - I presume a R3M? It's come out of a silhouette mk II yacht (17ft trailer sailer), and I want to put it back in a Silhouette Mk III - but the space under the cockpit floor is tight to say the least.

Peter,

I am having some trouble with my email at the moment. If you have sent me pictures I won't get to them until tomorrow or the next day.

Have you tried posting photos yourself lately?

Notice the new little icons in the "add your message box" below? The first one is the photo resizer and the second it for locating your photo and uploaded it to here... If you are game to give it a try again please do....
