Richard,

You are correct!

It is now back home in the Champlain Transportation Museum in Plattsburgh NY where it was built. I assume it is about a 1905 Model. The badge indicates it is a 30 HP engine.

I can tell you it is big engine. It weighed a lot...look at the size of the flywheel!

Great looking engine, I'm sure Andrew knew what it was when he posted it, He likes those old loziers !
These engines changed a bit after 1905, the one in the above post is 1907-08 Ca . If the Museum is wanting to date it closer I can research it !
