Hi, everyone in the discussion board.
My name is Jacob, living in Norway as an avid collector of maritime equipment, including engines. A few years ago I inherited this engine from an uncle but I have not been able to identify it. I have shared it with the collector culture in Norway without any luck. Can anyone shed some light on this? All info will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
There is a sprocket bolted to the the back of the fly wheel as well as a water pump eccentric cast directly to the fly wheel. As seen in the photos the inlet port is in the rear of the cylinder with the scavenge canal cast into the starboard side. The sprocket at the output shaft appears to be unoriginal The engine seems to be around 2-3 HP.
