Wondering if anyone has an info on production dates based on serial #.

I have a 3 HP, type G, serial # 11351.

I am thinking it was near the end of production or close to.

My club, The East End Classic Boat Society, has an Atlantic 3 HP which, I believe, was manufactured in the mid 60's near the end of the production run. Hope this helps.

Just looking through my manuals and you could still buy an engine in 1995 and somewhere in the past I saw a figure of about 13,000 engines having been produced. Makes me think our engines were probably mid 70's or early 80's.
