I found a marine motor in a shed of an old cottage. It is in great shape and the engine still turns. The carb is missing.

It says Brown Motor and Mach company (2 cylinder)
number 21847
model-K2
H.R. 5

If anyone can provide information that would be great!!!

Thank you!~

A picture would sure help. There are instructions to post a picture in the formatting section on the left. Also where are you located? You may be near one of us that would be glad to assist you in getting it running.
Hope this helps
Ernie

Does the tag say where it was made...?
