I am in need of some help. I am working on this engine and would like to know or see a picture of what the throttle control is suppose to look like. It appears someone brazed a piece of wire onto the butterfly shaft.Hope someone can help

Mine looks exactly like yours in all respects.I beleive it to be orig.Very nice runner

From the quick responce this engine must be very common does anybody have a ballpark figure of what year we are talking? This one too is a very smooth runner. Thanks for your super fast responce. Iceboater
