I would like to find out the correct way to hook up the buzz coil or coils to a two cyclinder two stroke marine engine.

You will need 2 coils.
The top terminal on the side of the coil goes to the timer
The bottom lead on the side of the coil goes to the sparkplug
The lead on the bottom of the coil goes to B+
B- goes to the engine block.
Both coils are hooked up the same. Just use 1 terminal on the timer for each coil.

Here is a wiring diagram for a Detroit single cylinder two cycle stationary engine. Should be about the same for a marine engine. Buzz Coil Diagram
