Frisko Twin?; All that is left there now that is visible, the keelson, garboards, a bit of copper sheathing. Adjacent to Queens Parade,Newport NSW Australia. It must have been a 30'er? Someone had moved the engine a few years ago to their letterbox in a nearby street. Then it dissapeared from there. My older brother took this pic in about 1980, he remembers playing on that boat, in childhood, where it lay when it was largely in one piece. He thinks it had a full length roof and lots of windows.

Blaxland Twin; Another brother snapped this one for me when he was rebuilding a wharf in Careel Bay NSW Australia about a year or 2 ago. Once engines have gotten to this stage out where they finished their days, i think it's far more valuable leaving it in the natural setting [if it's safe] than brining it home to be displayed in an un-fitting backdrop of a concrete floor. You can't just re-create remnants in the wild!
