I have tried to attach a clipping from the 28th December 1905 "Motor Boat" magazine, but without success (too large and I can't figure out how to reduce it, although I have tried the resizing link which Andrew M provided!)It has engine adverts for Vosper,Stirling,Burnham Motor and Boat Co(Truscott importers) and Buffalo

I've had good success with a program called FastStone Photo Resizer. It is a free download from www.FastStone.org.

Best of all, it will resize batches of photos automatically.

Image density is problem sometimes, but I have no tips on changing that. Anyone?
