Thanks Keith for the additional photos !

Looked at the strauble engine tags on file and they start at #512 and with Keiths post the red one is #2801 Thats 2289 engines mfgd ?? also the #2801 still has an oiler on it so what year did they discontinue oilers ? Maybe a kerosene engine that still required external oiing ??
Lots more to know about this Old Marine Engine Co. and its engines ?

What is the serial number of the two cylinder with the flywheel. It's interesting to see the changes in water piping and oiler location from early to late.

The flywheel Twin has SN 1802 on it. I always assumed tha the original Straubel carbs were taken off, and replaced by the Schebler.
