I understand that the valve lifters on my Albin O-11 engine are adjustable, but how do I adjust them?

This is what the valve lifter looks like, do I just turn it?

Hello!
The valves are not adjustable in the (common) order, there is no nut or adjust the order to an Albin engine.
You have to grind the valve stem to the appropriate dimensions 0.20 mm intake, 0.25 mm exhaust.
But take it gently, and it is performed while grinding in the valves!
