Hello my name is Jon Ragnar and im from iceland,I am a boatbuilder. I just got a Albin 021. and it is stuck, i tryed to pour some transmission fluid inn to the cylinders and had it there for a couple of days,but nothing happens, do i have to rip the engine to peaces.what should i do?

p.s. I dont know much about engines.

Hi I used Penetreene for my engine and had to leave it for a month then rockeded it slowly back and forth for about two hours All depends on ho long since it has been used ???????? good luck

Find a good penetrating oil. transmission fluid is too thick. You can mix it with kerosene. If you have some way to heat the motor the cylinder will expand, gently work the crank back and forth. If you spray a penitrating oil let it sit for a week or so, and spray it again. should come loose, be patient. If there is a flywheel on it try to rock it back and forth. kerosene is the bases of most penetrating oils.Kroil oil is some of the best penetrating oil I've seen, here's the link http://www.kanolabs.com/google/

i dont have the original ignation system.where can i buy ignation system , does it have to be original. i was wondering if i could mix it some how , becuse im in iceland i cant order it at the moment. but i can buy some inn iceland but not the original one,what shuold i do..

It can be bought second-hand ignition system to Albin engine.
But you must know which type or model that is on the engine
