10 hp engine,can't find a listing anywhere. Have contacted Wisconsin directly to no availe. the plate clearly says AEM ,NOT AEN

I would venture to say it is a model AE with the M standing for Marine version.
anyone else????

Yup I have one with a reverse gear on it. Also the marine engines (M) suffix had no internal governor

I have one, has a cable hand pull starter, and a FNR tranny. Mine came from Seattle area, where a lot were used in open boats.

Mine also has the cable recoil starter and came from your area and was in some sort of small open boat as I got the wooden engine beds and more with it. Almost like it was just ripped out of the hull.

Have a A E M engine but no transmission ,need trans, have two early briggs washmachine engines to trade

as a visitor i asked for a marine trans or a complete unit wisconsin AEM am active member nowso please help if anyone can the briggs engines i have are FH one isa complete runner the other one has a few parts missing, would like the AEM to replace a tired briggs unit in my 17foot fishboat
