It is a Kermath what model I have forgotten.
Reverse gear is missing looks pretty complete other than that

It's a Model 6-8. 8hp. I purchased one this spring. Interesting how the companion flange was relocated to the front of the engine. Could be a problem getting a transmission to work with that setup. Wrong rotation at input of gearbox. If it was a two stroke, no problem. but being a four stroke...
