I have a 1 cylinder, Two Cycle - Six Horsepower - Marine Gas Engine. It looks complete, with 2 port drip oiler ,water pump, carburetor, brass grease cups. it looks exactly like the one on Harry old engine # 2 web page. @ http://www.old-engine.com/graymotr.htm
I want to sell it on e-bay or some place else but I have no idea what to ask for it or what reserve to put on it in the auction. I traded some things for it a few years back but now must sell.
Thanks Clem
If any one can help I would be very grateful.

I think there is one forsale on the Antique Marine engines website for $800 + or -
My guess is depending on condition $500 to $1000
Pictures would really help, as well as a good estimate of condition. I have seen rust buckets for $50.
Again I sure would like to see some pictures

I have a small marine engine with Gray Motor Detroit Mich on the flywheel. The numbers 02143 are cast in the flywheel. On the case, cast in , are the numbers 19205 and underneath these numbers is the letter F.
Can anyone tell me the date this engine was made?
It is a two cycle, one lunger.
Thanks
