as the title says so, I need exact figures on how much cylinder head must be strapped to an old marine gasoline engine,

I am assuming that you are talking about the cylinder head bolt torque?
overhead cam 140 volvo the specs i have are:
1st stage torque 44 ft lbs
2nd stage torque 66 ft lbs

yes sorry you are right, so are those the exact torque for the head for 140 A gasoline 4 cylinder marine engine?

Yes right out of the book for a 140 hp overhead cam Volvo marine engine..starting from the center bolts working in an X pattern
