The Palmer conversion looks like it was well thought out. A local company made conversions, Rousseau, there are still some manifolds around, don't know what else they had for the Models A's.

Very helpful info and pics. Recently acquired a Palmer Ford B conversion basket case missing parts. Had no idea of assmbly procedure or pieces needed. thanks for the head start. David
