Posting this for Wim Mass

quote:

My name is Wim Maas. I am a Dutch historical researcher and for a Dutch company, founded in 1919 in Rotterdam, Im looking for information about the history of Wolverine Motors in Bridgeport. In 2019 the Dutch company celebrates her 100 anniversary in 2019. In the first years of her existence she was an agent for Wolverine in Europe. The founder Albert Widenhorn went several times to Bridgeport where he met Charles Snyder. One of the vice-presidents in the twenties was Paul Hubert Korn with whom Albert Widenhorn was associated in Belgium before 1914 Widenhorn and Korn. This firm had also close links with Wolverine Motors in Bridgeport.
I am very interested in the archive of Wolverine Motors and the personal archive of Charles Snyder, which is under discussion in the discussion board. So, can anyone give me information about the history of Wolverine Motors, where their company archive might be and the person who possesses the personal archive of Charles Snyder. I would like to get in touch with him. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Mr Maas hasn't been able to post, so I am posting again for him below. Thanks.

About my search for the history of Wolverine and the personal archive of Charles Snyder, I am looking for an address or email address of Chris Lauzon. He posted in 2008 a message on the discussion board in which he wrote that he was the grandson of Larry Mahan and acquired a majority of his library in which Captain Larry assembled a lot of documents, photos etc. of the Snyder family and Wolverine.
Can anyone help me with this?

Nice to see a company that actually has some interest in their own history. These days in North America most of them can't be bothered and it all goes in the bin along with the materials required to support the products that are no longer current. This of course shows the potential customer what level of support and interest they can expect in the future if they are unwise enough to buy from such a company.
