Back around 1980 I purchased an Isuzu diesel marinized by Starret Marine in Tampa, Florida.
It has been a great engine...The early Isuzu's had knock out piston sleeves and since mine was rebuilt in the eighties, it has resided in a boat now scuttled. I removed it, yesterday, and found it in good condition, except for some peripherals. Anyone familiar with this motor? Know where Starret may have disappeared? Anything more?
