The hull looks as if the DisPro device was removed and then the hull was re-planked. The keel and garboards look newer than the rest of the hull.
I wonder if there is a serial number on the boar. It is usually underneath the rear deck.

Miro: Thanks for responding so soon. Some time this weekend i will try and call you and disscus my SANDOW. To night when I check the plug in my Manitoba Im using a champion A 25, it has along reach and the ground bar is on the side so the spark has to jump across.I tryed a 3095 autolite and I had the same problem with a wet plug and the engine flooded easy. So you may be correct in saying wrong plug. Who,s to know for sure I don,t have any manuals on this engine. And any of the people that had and opperated this type are either past on or can,t remember. What do you do, we wing it right. Regards Jim

James
Champion plugs are for show only. They will foul if you sneeze near one. If you are having trouble with an Autolite it would seem that for some reason your enigne it too rich. Autolite and Motocraft plugs just don't foul.
Hope this helps

James,

Silly question here I know, but have you tried the plugs out of the engine - earthed while cranking ? Plugs have been known to be fualty ! Remember, electricity always takes the easiest path if something faulty downstream.
