Ernie, it's 41 miles to Baton Rouge airport, 56 to New Orleans. New Orleans usually has better rates, check both. Best Western, Comfort Inn, and Plantation Inn are all newer motels in Donaldsonville, but there's a lot of construction in the area, may be hard to get a room here. Best Western in Plauqemine would be a good choice.

Bruce Goss and I plan to be there , arriving on the afternoon of Mar 20. We're staying at the Comfort Inn in Donaldsonville ( pronounced Dans'sville for those that don't know).

David, Nel, Karen and I will arrive on the 20th. Been looking forward to the great time we always experience in Louisiana. Hospitality second to none.

JB
Debbie and I are planning on attending. If I can get time the next couple of evenings to get the boat ready we will bring it too. Tell me more about what you have planned for the Monday Swam Tour? Time, location, distance, etc. Really looking forward to the adventure.

Thanks.
Keith

We're getting ready, see y'all Thursday. Keith, hope you can bring the boat, will be glad to provide any help we can. The Swamp tour is a slow ride through Bayou Choctaw, it's a section of the bayou that was by passed by the inter coastal water way. David and Larry Prejean host this, we end up at their camp for lunch and head back home.
