Our P-60 runs great after a rebuild. But: starting with choak pulled out, as it warms up it always slows, then dies. Then, when restarted it runs great from then on. Mixture seems OK. Ideas?

What you describe sounds normal to me. If the engine is adjusted well and at least partially warmed up, it shouldn't be able to run with more than a little choke.

Mine requires full choke for a first start in the morining, but on a warm day you have to take off most of the choke as soon as it fires and the rest within a minute or so. It requires little/no choke for a warm start.

If you were able to run with more than a little choke after the engine was warmed up previously, I wonder if you weren't running lean before your overhaul.
