My p 60 isn't getting fuel to number 3 cylinder could it be a blockage in the intake manifold or a stuck valve

You can find out if you have a stuck valve by doing a compression test. If one is stuck, you will not have compression in that cylinder.

It is also not likely that you will have a manifold blockage to just one cylinder.
