It is a Schebler Model B
They came in several flavors.
Do you have a pic of the intake manifold? From Pictures in Palmer ads they used both the updraft with a manifold and the sidedraft with no manifold.

I knew they were an option, guess a lot of people chose the cheaper route. My YT-2 has a Bosch mag, impulse only latches on one cylinder, if that plug would foul it wouldn't start.
