I'm interested in finding out what became of the Gray Motor Company. Did they go out of business or were they acquired by some other company? If anyone has information I'd very much like to hear from you. Thanks.

YOu'll find a complete story on the Gray Motor Co in Stan Grayson book - Engines Afloat VOlume 1 - the Gasoline Era.
I'd highly recommend that you get the book because it also provides the industrial context for the Gray Motor Co and its competitors. It will give you a much better appreciation of what happened and why.
I think Andrew can get you the book.
