Interestng that the flywheel has a nut and probably a taper fit. My Gray looks identical, but has a gib key and a straight shaft for the flywheel fitting - no nut.
But I do have the oiler and the little chain belt that drives it.

this appears to be a later Gray without an oiler and the nut on the flywheel instead of the gib key. I had one just like it.

This "Gray" engine is a model R and with a tapered
flywheel shaft end puts it 1915 or later. The serial Number, if complete and correct would indicate the manufacturing date as 1940. Gray,
like "Roberts", "Palmer" and others went to mixing
gas and oil in the late teens and eliminated oilers on their engines. This one probably never had an oiler on it.

Here is a picture of my Gray - Model S ( with oiler). It is a picture which was taken of the engine as I found it.
