Could you tell me how and where to drain the oil on a six gray marine 104?

Alex, I use a "Big Boy Topsider" kit to change the oil. Stick the tube down the dipstick and siphon the oil out. Also, remove the top plate on the transmission as there will be some oil in there as well. It helps a lot if you can drain it when it is warm. Hope this helps.

sorry I was not clear in my question.
Since there is no oil filter outside of the engine, is there a filter to clean house?
