Has anyone had any luck finding the water pump impellers for a 1950 Gray Phantom 4-75?

John,

Any luck. VanNess Engineering in NJ might be able to help, but I'm having a hard time getting in touch with them. I'd be interested in hearing what you find out.

If it is a rubber impeller pump you may find what you need here. If you can't find exactly what you want you need sometimes one that is close can be made to fit.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I've already thoroughly research those and many other suppliers. The problem is that the pump is a gear-type having two meshing impellers. They don't have long vanes with rounded ends but look more like gears. The second problem is that Jabsco has discontinued a pump that fits the drive and mount on the engine, although repair parts for it are still available.

I think the pump shaft is 1/2 in
Use a chain coupling from Graingers and put what ever pump you can find that fits.

Or

Send me a pic or 2 of the engine. I may have a gear pump that will fit

I have 4 Graymarine 4 cylinder engines I am parting out. I charge $35.00 plus postage. Don't know without looking if they still have their water pumps.
