When at higher RPM's oil will leak out of the RPM "gadget" connected to the cam shaft that is located on the head of my Gray 109. Is there supposed to be a gasket there or do i have bigger problems?

Thank you!

Hmmm, .... I don't remember ever having that problem on my 109 (the gadget is the 'tac drive'.. tachometer drive)
Are you getting much blow by out of the oil fill when you remove the cap while the engine is running?
