I'm looking for valves, rings, bearings, etc for my '41 fireball. Who has leads on where to go to get them!

Thank you!

A resounding silence from the Gods. I guess this part of the journey will be long. :-/

Try contacting Jim Staib at [email protected]

Also find the Continental engine serial number for this block and consult with NAPA or a local engine re-manufacturer

I stay away from Graymarine rebuild parts. Mostly Hercules here. I'd look in to forklift shops or find out what car the engine was available in.

Hey Mark,

Egge Machine in Southern Cal has a lot of parts that are not listed on their web site catalog. Not sure if they have Continental stuff but worth asking.

Cheers,

Lew

We are restoring an old speedboat from 1939 with two Gray Phantom straight eight-175 motors. We need various spare parts - pistons, bearings, etc.
Where can find this?

I was just introduced to a website that sells obsolete parts and have reached out to them to see what they have. rebuilders choice. https://rebuilderschoice.com. They are out of New Jersey.

Also, these folks (also in NJ) might be able to help https://jonandkaitsv8s.com.
