I have two schebler model D carburetors. The one on the left has a cap for the fuel float control that has been buggered up. It has a knurled top with a nipple and nut that has been ground down. The other is just a cap. Is the one on the left for real or can I replace it with one like the one on the right? Schebler

The cap on the right is the correct one.

And you should contact George Coates III as he may have some of these parts made on his small screw machine. [email protected]

I have a 4 hp Atlantic with a Schebler Model D carb. Would there be any place to obtain a float or ideas on how to make a replacement float?

I called Otto and no one answers the phone, is there another supplier for the float?

I can tell you where to buy the new Nitropyhil floats for Schebler Model D if you don't mind spending $90 dollars plus shipping? I'm not the one selling them just a messenger.
