Is it a 2hp, ignitor or spark plug? They are nice motors. How did you date it? Buffalo started in the 1890's, I thought # 100 would have been earlier.

Greetings motorheads and historians,

What do we know on the history of Buffalo? When looking at a lot of their old advertisements, Their address on Niagara Street overlaps with Sterling on the high end of the 1200 block.

Hmm?

Cheers,

Lew

Have a 3hp model AA Buffalo jump spark engine. The ser. Number is 246. It appears to be a 1908 as it has cast under the timer quadrant-- AA 08. This seems to be consistent with the various Buffalo catalogs that I have from this period. I have no idea if the numbers relate to the company total production or if they are by model. Roger.
