Hello,
We have in our boathouse on Georgian Bay a 12 cylinder Sterling engine. It's a monster. I know very little about engines.
Pulled up on shore we have the 28' wooden boat that it belonged in. Unfortunately it has sat there for probably 45 years.
There is no name on the boat but judging from photographs it looks to be a Hacker. Does anyone have interest in this boat and motor? I hate to see them just sit and rot. The engine has been in a boathouse so it is in good condition. We even have the owners manual for the engine. If interested and want to hear more, respond

I'd love to hear more about the boat and the motor. Do you have any pictures? Are you sure the engine is not a Scripps, I am not aware of a Sterling 12 that would even fit in a 28' boat.

I have a place on Lake Rousseau and will be there this weekend.

How far away are you from Port Carling?
